Hey there, nice to e-meet you here.
Inside Europe proudly partners with travel advisors seeking to offer their affinity group clients one-of-a-kind experiences across Europe.
For us, there's no group too large and we specialize in specialties: foodie, wine and craft beer lovers, church groups, performance tours for choirs, orchestras or bands, mastermind retreats.
Let's get to know each other and then talk more soon.
My last name's Weinacht which may look familiar if you're into Christmas Market in the German-speaking land aka Weihnachtsmärkte. Some of my favorites aren't in the big cities, but small(er) towns and I'll happily tell you more about them in our welcome sequence that you're signing up for by completing this form.
Occasionally, our communication gets filtered into your spam or (if you're using gmail like us, into promotions). Make sure to check those or even better add hello@inside-europe.com to your approved contacts. And rest assured, we're not sharing your contact details with anyone and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any point -- if you'd rather not make more money by offering your affinity groups truly unique and always custom experiences in Europe.
Do what you love, love what you do.
We love making sure that people travel better together -- and here's how we can help you grow your groups to Europe by giving them something unique and irresistible.
Let's be honest: No dream trip comes with a 'Book Now' button, and this is even more true for affinity groups.
When we launched Inside Europe in 2007, we didn't plan to ever accept a group directly, but sadly too many travel advisors shy away from taking on large groups.
Thankfully that's changing and you wouldn't be taking this survey if you weren't at least interested in learning more about us and how we help caring TAs on a B2B level.
Unlike the big TOs we create every journey from scratch, because one size (or itinerary) never fits all. Our destination expertise's unparalleled -- as is our know-how when it comes to giving each group highly personalized experiences within that group trip: making everyone feel special (as they should), so they come back again and again.
But, there's no sugar coating it, if you're only motivation to get started with group's to make more money fast, than we're not a fit.
Putting together a truly unique group tour is work, for you, for us.
And there's no guarantee that even the greatest, most customized journey will sell. However, when that group tour sells and your clients come back raving about how special their trip was, that's when you'll see the true return on your (initial time) investment.
We take pride on building and fostering long term relationships, with the pied piper and her/his entourage, as there's no better group business than return or referral clients. So keep on reading and let's get to know each other better first through this survey and then in a long follow-up call, because it does take a little more work to be(come) a group travel specialist, but the rewards will also be so much more rewarding -- emotionally and in your bank account.
p.s. The lake you see above is as real as our happy client testimonials. We'll gladly tell where in Italy (our #1 destination and a country that's not yet sold out for 2024 for groups at all) you'll find this magical place -- and so many others. We'll also share group travel tips, trends and lots of European destination insights with you through our monthly travel advisor newsletter. So let's keep going here, if you're in it for the right reasons.
p.p.s Inside Europe partners with only a very small number of travel advisors as we're a boutique tour company by choice. And one reason why because if there's an existing relationship and mutual understanding of what it takes to offer and operate a group in Europe, we can make the impossible possible for our partners. When Katherine Gallé of SVP Tours called us in February about helping her with a last-minute French History Study Tour to Paris, in May, which is high season, we didn't just take on the group, but got the Professor and his students beautiful albeit small rooms in the city center of Paris, just steps from Operá Garnier and also already sold out group tickets to the Louvre. Guess who won a client for life? Katherine.
Our US offices are in the Carolinas and California, but our VA Rebecca's home is in a small Canadian town in ON. Our European HQ is centrally located in Würzburg, Germany while Stefania, our Italian rep, is based in Florence. Cristina coordinates Spain from Madrid, Teresa's our Portuguese host in Lisbon, Amanda raises her family in Killarney, Ireland while Jon was born in Spanish Basque Country, raised just over the border in France and keeps moving around.
Our team is one if not THE best traveled of any US based tour operator specializing in Europe. Combined we've been to all continents and well over 100 countries. Speaking of myself, Sandra, I spend at least four months a year in Europe, revisiting our 'old' main destinations, but also making new discoveries. A lot can and does change. Just because a hotel was great once doesn't mean it still is. I'll never understand why the big TOs hardly ever make changes or seek to improve their offerings. And don't get me started on their custom group offers. Just changing the date and routing doesn't make a trip special.
One of our specialties is performance groups, choirs and orchestras, but affinity groups don't have to be that extreme. Tell us more about your current group clients here.
Unless it's a very high end group, our B2B partner services with travel advisors start at 30+ and there's truly no group too large for us (unless we're already booked for that date or it's just not a fit). However, we get it, many TAs shy away from larger groups because they can be a b+.
There's no right or wrong answer here, but it's good for us to know as a starting point to help you identify groups within your client base.
The first step towards success with groups is knowing your client's interests and passions -- or, and that's another winning formula, inviting everyone to come along as you follow your dreams to Europe.
Maybe your a solopreneur or have just a small team? Are you a group virgin? Afraid the TO will steal your clients? Tell us what's scary about working with large(r) groups for you.
Hey, you made it this far, now don't shy away from letting us know what's holding you back from offering group tours to your clients. Or, if you're already excelling in selling to 30+ then let's figure out how to make your groups even better (and likely a lot bigger).
And btw, in case we haven't made that plenty clear already: WE WON'T EVER STEAL YOUR CLIENTS.
You worked hard to get them to trust you and while together we'll give them an extraordinary experience in Europe, they are and forever stay yours: for FITs, cruises, premium flights etc. Now we're pretty sure they'll ask you for another incredible Euro trip soon, and then we're gladly back in the picture, but just like we're naming your agency first (or exclusively) during their European journey, we're always asking any direct leads who their travel advisor is and even recommend one of our trusted B2B partners if they don't already have one.
